The organizers of this group buy are volunteers, not vendors. They coordinate orders so that our community can access wholesale pricing together. By participating, you are joining a collaborative group purchase, not placing an order with a retail business.
Because this is a community-driven group buy, the organizers cannot be held responsible for manufacturer conduct, product quality, or shipping carrier delays or issues. However, they will do their best to communicate with the vendor on your behalf if needed.
All products offered through this group buy are strictly for research purposes only and are not intended for human use, consumption, or medical treatment.
All payments are final. Once funds have been sent, no cancellations or refunds can be issued.
You agree to carefully review your full name and shipping address before submitting your order. The organizers are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Once the organizer ships your package, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. All packages are insured up to $100 unless you request and pay for additional insurance coverage.
The organizers cannot assume responsibility for vendor mishaps, including but not limited to: failure to reship, vendor non-responsiveness, or unresolved custom issues. These situations are beyond the organizers' control.
